This is Us!

Kim Perry began her journey as a Health Care Provider as  Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor.  In order to better serve her clients, she added nutritional support and consulting to facilitate improved function, better recovery and weight loss.  Her passion for nutrition led to her continuing her education, completing her Registered Holistic Nutrition program at the Edison Institute graduating Magna Cum Laude.  Her true passion begins in the kitchen with food, using healthy eating combined with appropriate supplementation to naturally heal the body.

Dr. Sean Perry is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program.  He then completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.  He is the founder of the Brooklin Natural Health Centre, a multidisciplinary clinic that now employs 19 practitioners in two locations.  Over twenty two years he has provided comprehensive natural health care based on the best available clinical and scientific evidence.  His journey to improve his own health after multiple sports injuries/surgeries is what fuels his passion to help others recapture their health get back to a higher level of function.   This journey took flight when he implemented the nutritional support provided by his beautiful wife Kim!!
